This meditation and attunement to generate self-healing and connect to God's love was inspired by a written exercise that I discovered from Glyn Edwards. Just relax, move into love, connect to the support of the Spirit World, and feel God's love and power. Just taking one step towards healing yourself can make a huge difference in your life and unfoldment. I do hope that everyone enjoys this meditation.

When we receive love from a Higher Source (God, The Light, The Creator, The Universe, or whatever your belief in the Higher Power is), we must send it out into the world. What we receive so freely and lovingly is meant to be shared. We are here to help each other and be of service. So ask, and you shall receive, but true service is paying it forward. I know in my heart that the world would be a much better place if there was more love in it.
