How can I learn to forgive myself? negative emotions aren't true. allow yourself to heal. your aren't alone but to me knowing that ain't help shit tbh.  Its cliche . It doest stop the recurring failures or past failures I keep thinking about. the friendships that vanished. Don't let it happen to you.
