Representing the cutting edge of Italy's Club Scene, Z.I.P.P.O distinguishes himself with a unique musical narrative. Giuseppe, as he is known off-stage, unveiled his passion for music early on.
His youthful and prolific discography became the foundation upon which he built through several collaborations, a diverse musical journey that spanned continents and genres. 

From Berghain's pulsating heart to the iconic Tresor – where he now holds a prized residency – and the legendary halls of Fabric and Circoloco, Z.I.P.P.O's sonic influence can be found echoing in the most revered corners of Europe's dance culture.
As a testament to his prolific artistry, he has collaborated with prestigious labels such as SK11, Voitax, Enemy, Fides Records, and his presence has been felt at DVS1's curated parties throughout Europe.

Nearing its tenth anniversary, Fides Records stands as a testament of Z.I.P.P.O's sonic vision.
Under its emblem, the birth of 3KZ, a side project born by Z.I.P.P.O and Kaelan, was soon recognized by Resident Advisor as “Sci-Fi Tinged Techno”. Meanwhile, his releases have graced compilations curated by the likes of Ryan Elliot and Amelie Lens for Fabric, his distinctive sound captures the imagination as it oscillates between ethereal introspection and captivating energy 

On the dance floor Z.I.P.P.O’s performances are defined by his eclectic selection, deeply rooted in his vast record collection and representing a profound love for the club culture. Whether it's one of his signature marathon closing sets at Tresor, or sunlit festivals like Polifonic and Boiler Room, his contribution consistently highlights the Italian artist's dedication, establishing Z.I.P.P.O as a luminous figure in the ever-evolving realm of electronic music.

Als deKai im Jahr 1992 seine erste Technoparty feierte, war es um ihn geschehen. Bis 2002 legten seine Freunde auf und prägten seinen Sound. Als er dann 2004 den Club Ohm in Madrid besuchte und keiner seiner Freunde mehr selbst in einem Club auflegte, kaufte er nach seiner Rückkehr 2 Technics und 1 Mischpult.
Die ersten Platten waren gekauft, und der Anfang war mehr als holprig :) 

Als dann Günni mit seinen Platten vorbeikam, ging es los. Jedes Wochenende spielten die beiden zu Hause, dann begannen kleinere Gigs in Bars und Clubs. Regelmäßig bei Braaaatz und den 3Klang Partys im Ohrakel.

Schon damals war seine Leidenschaft der düstere, treibende Techno, auch aufgrund seiner Affinität zum Heavy Metal. Ein Fan beschreibt seine Musik als das Gefühl, von einem Raubtier gejagt zu werden und um sein Leben zu rennen.

Nachdem in Bayern die Clubs bereits um 4 bzw. 5 Uhr schlossen und das nicht mehr seinem Feierrhythmus entsprach, folgte ein aufregendes Jahr 2009 in Berlin mit dem Fazit, am 01.12.2009 in Berlin anzukommen!

Einer seiner Meilensteine auf seinem Weg war ein 10-stündiges Set in der Magdalena an der Schillingbrücke, nach dem der Keller des Clubs nach ihm benannt wurde (Kai`s Keller), und ein weiterer auf der Hoppetosse zur Betriebsfeier.

Mit der Gründung von Ragnarøk im Jahr 2013 begann ein neuer Weg, der bis 2022 wild, erlebnisreich und ausgelassen war. 2023 begann eine neue Ära mit der Gründung des Labels „valhall records“ und der Partyreihe „Ruf der Walküren“.

Seit Dezember 2023 ist er stolzer Resident DJ in der Bude in Kutaisi, Georgien.

When deKai celebrated his first techno party in 1992, it was a turning point for him. Until 2002, his friends were DJing and shaping his sound. In 2004, when he visited the Ohm Club in Madrid and none of his friends were DJing in clubs anymore, he purchased 2 Technics and 1 mixer upon his return. The initial records were bought, and the beginning was more than bumpy :) 

When Günni came by with his records, things took off. Every weekend, the two played at home, and then they started with smaller gigs in bars and clubs. Regularly at Braaaatz and the 3Klang parties at Ohrakel.

Even back then, his passion was the dark, driving techno, also due to his affinity for heavy metal. A fan describes his music as the feeling of being chased by a predator and running for one's life.
After clubs in Bavaria started closing at 4 or 5 am, which no longer suited his party rhythm, an exciting year in Berlin followed in 2009, with the conclusion of arriving in Berlin on December 1, 2009!

One of his milestones on his journey was a 10-hour set at Magdalena at Schillingbrücke, after which the club's basement was named after him (Kai's Keller), and another at Hoppetosse for a company party.

With the founding of Ragnarøk in 2013, a new path began, wild, eventful, and unrestrained until 2022. In 2023, a new era began with the founding of the label "Valhall Records" and the party series "Call of the Valkyries."

Since December 2023, he has been a proud resident DJ at Bude in Kutaisi, Georgia.

Flug, as his name suggests, allows his audience to take a trip back to their roots, back to their inner self and what it is to really feel techno. In venues such as, Space Ibiza, Arena Club Berlin, Rex Paris, Moog Barcelona, Hyte Amsterdam, and MAYDAY, Dortmund to name a few, the Argentinian´s definition of techno has been clearly demonstrated not only through his DJ sets that are as devastating as they are uplifting with his serious kick drums, use of hi-hats and reverberating basslines, but also through driving his own organically produced techno forward with an EP released on CLR - 'Sincrodestino', and remixes for SOMA - Slam Reverse Proceed Remixes, only to scratch the surface, cutting his industrially chizzled sound with melodical rythms both elegant and almost eloquent in nature.

His music is now recognised and played worldwide having artists such as, Chris Liebing, Adam Beyer, Len Faki, Dave Clark, Ben Sims, Speedy J, DVS1, Pfirter, Oscar Mulero, among many others, as supporters of his work.

Flug´s unrivaled and brutal self-discipline in the studio, his humbleness in approach, his fierce passion for and overall dedication to the cause, as well as having grown up living and breathing electronic music, have given Flug, real name Sebastian, a long and welcoming insight into what it really means to be a DJ and producer in today's techno world, which in his opinion, means keeping it real.

Having a solid carrer in what he truly loves, Flug now plans to start his own record label early next year with his new album 'The Man Behind the Artist', already in the pipeline to be edited and released on one of Berlin's record labels, Enemy at the end of 2015. The album, when finished, will be by far his most personal and reflective piece of work, as it is, in his words, "statement of freedom".
