I played there with Takkyu Ishino, Toby Izui and Westbam.
I really like the trippyness and energy of this track.
All vocals performed live through a Boss VT-1 effect.

microglobe is Mijk van Dijk’s new label for his very personal vision of Techno and House.
Since his first record release in 1990 he has been a mainstay of the Berlin Techno scene. Between 1992 and 1995 he released several EPs as "microglobe" and also his first album "Afreuropamericasiustralia". Now Mijk returns to his "microglobe" as a personal label after a long journey through the infinite vastness of electronic dance music.
On the  title track Mijk takes a stand on social and political issues in his very own way in the tradition of classic Chicago Deep House and his two „Think & Dance EP“s from 1994, "Peace 4 All" is about the simple truth that everyone has the right to live in peace. The track is released as a vocal version, instrumental and acapella.
The second original track "The Floating World" takes Mijk’s trademark sounds from classics like "All Our Colors" (MFS Records, 1994) and "Motherwomb" (Frisbee Tracks, 2007) on a whole new level and has been road-tested in his DJ sets already with great success. The track title is inspired by Mijk’s love for Japanese culture and the art of Ukiyo-e. 
Mijk van Dijk will release a new EP on microglobe every 6 to 8 weeks.
His next artist album is planned for the end of 2019.

nuFunkFiles (AKA nuFF) is an independent digital label from Berlin dedicated to NuFunk. Inspired by 80s Funk and Boogie as well as Electro, House and R&B/ Hip Hop, nuFF presents a fresh blend of Funk beyond house.

nuFF 001 sets the pace for things to come. mijkfunk presents an EP with a title track full of musical and lyrical attitude. Have our friends become just digital avatars in a world where the internet community networks seem to have taken the place of physical social intercourse? A red-hot topic boiled up by Jette von Roth’s alluring and powerful vocal performance. „Boogie Down“ and „Autumn Girl“, two tracks for the NuFunk dancefloor, define the sound vision of nuFF: beats, bass lines and poly synth chords ! The forth track „Skintight“ intentionally slows it down to a sexy 99 bpm bump-n-grind groove, displaying the other side of mijkfunk.

Electro-pop-shoegaze Melbourne artist Josh The Cat sends off 2018 in style with a dark House meets Nu Disco remix of his latest single ‘I'll Remember You’ by legendary Melbourne producer Josh Abrahams. 

The funky 90s/2000s pop-styled bittersweet earworm has been turned on its head into a pulsing heavy club jam - perfect for the early hours kick ons.

‘I'll Remember You’, "a funk odyssey to lounge to" (Declan Byrne, Triple J), was released on August 17th accompanied by a stunning sensual psychedelic music video and a packed launch show at Melbourne's Gasometer Upstairs with JTC's solo show expanded to feature a super band of members from Meg Mac, The Cat Empire and Husky. 

"I remember Josh Abrahams coming to one of my early solo shows in an underground cafe shortly after I had relocated to Berlin” says Josh The Cat, moniker of Joshua Teicher, after a five-year stint living and producing in Berlin. “When he heard I'll Remember You he was really excited about the track and offered to remix it. Of course I said ‘yes!’"

Josh Abrahams rose to fame with the hit single ‘Addicted To Bass’ back in ‘98,  reaching No. 1 on US Billboard and certified Gold in Australia (ARIA), before continuing to release music on Carl Cox's label and working with Baz Luhrmann.
