Eli's experience is extensive as a frequent DJ guest for the Voidsound crew and longtime friends with the Garage Pressure boys and Foreigndub Sydney collective.
Production wise, Eli has created ambient works for Kinderling Kids Radio thanks to Lorna Clarkson… Also presenting his live ambient sounds as Gentleforce at the Powerhouse Museum “Late Night” series or as Bushranger Vitalise night at Good Space Project.

Under his Gentleforce moniker Eli has put together an inter-dimensional workshop for a time in need of healing.

Josh, one part of the bubblegum crew, has got to have one of the most unbelievably deep collections going. Tuning in to his instagram is a guaranteed ticket to drool central. Those hip to the Dublin scene have probably caught him at the infamous audiophile spot Hang-Dai. Outside of this bubble though, this cat keeps a very low online profile. That is why I am immensely excited and privileged to share a truly nuts first extended session from the turntables of his home.

Next up on the Local Selection Mix Series we welcome Josh Kavanagh, one of the founding members and faces behind the beloved Irish collective Bubblegum.

Joshua kavanagh is a Dublin based DJ & one half of the Bubblegum crew which run regular parties in Dublin, from it's beginning in The Bernard Shaw, to growing and packing out venues around the city as well as inviting over acts such as Orpheu The Wizard, Esa Williams and Bufiman. 
They base their sound at these parties around what they love, any strand of world music but not limited to, South African, Nigerian, French and everything else in between.

The mix opens up with some soul, lovers rock and reggae from Canada and Nigeria, moves into some boogie and then shifts into a more uptempo clubby sound throughout the latter half of the mix.
