Martin Flex (aka PuRe SX) is one of the freshest names on the booty breaks scene, a producer who knows how to drop the 808 boom and send the bodies flying around the room. Blasting out of the thriving UK underground since 2008, he currently DJs all over the world from Florida to Spain, Russia to London and beyond.

Famous for low end terrorism in the form of his smash hits 212 Booty and Link Up alongside Deekline, as well as his recent bangers Sunglasses and Lift off the Roof, PuRe SX has picked up support for his music from all the top names on the scene, from Deekline to Stanton Warriors, Ed Solo to Lady Waks and Krafty Kuts to the Freestylers. Here is a producer and DJ with the skills to lock down the club for as long as he's on the turntables: a true original with an arsenal of floor-shaking weapons to get those hands up and keep them there 'til the break of dawn.

Sounds of the Dusty Rhino, Episode 19: DJ Zach Moore's set from the Dusty Rhino Pre-Burn Extravaganza on the main stage at Mighty in San Francisco on August 2nd, 2014.

Zach: "I remember the days, not too long ago, when the Dusty Rhino used to pack the basement at Monarch and now there are lines running all the way down the street from the entrances of much larger venues like Mighty and Public Works to get into their parties. Yes, the Rhino is all grows up now and as they've grown the organizers have remained true to their roots and loyal to the people that have helped get the camp to where it is today, which I very much appreciate. I've been featuring a lot of Florida breaks on my podcast, The Armory, lately and you can certainly hear that influence in this set which I played in front of a rabid crowd in the main room at the Rhino's Pre-Burn at Mighty on August 2nd. Pacha New York is a bit like what home feels like. Fresh off of the BPM sounds in the reviving Mexican sun.. We started 2015 on January 24th alongside techno vet Speedy J, and De La Pava to set the tone. I played a mid-night slot, so I took the opportunity to try taking the music in a few new directions. The vibe in the room was solid throughout the night. Hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did playing it.
