Enlightenment

We are more than happy to welcome the German DJ and producer Lexer to Oddity, with his “Focus” EP making his debut on the label, accompanied by a remix from fellow native Jonas Saalbach.

Known for his ability to story-tell with his melodic productions, Lexer opens the EP with the track “Focus”. A track with a lot of groove and emotion that combines the best of both worlds, giving us a melodic piece full of energy, catchy chords and melodies.

On the remix duties, Jonas Saalbach, reworks “Focus” with a more aggressive and haunting touch. Adding new textures, drums and synths that play along with the original parts, making an alternative mix for the late hours of the night.

“The Sky Is Red” follows on the EP, a beautiful interplay of melodies and textures that follow each other throughout the slowly building track. Arp and synths play along to keep the interest and intensity growing on this melodic cut.

Last but not least, “Suffer” the deeper cut of the pack, drives us slowly with his groove and textures to the main hook of the track. When we get to the drop, all the emotions comes together with a heavy bass, and triad metallic synths, playing along a continuous arp and percussion, that creates the perfect weapon for the dance floor.

Peer Kusiv is back on Einmusika with a new EP. Carotin features an interesting main synth sound with a tricky rhythm and a straight forward bassline. "Catolegio" is progressive and comes with a driving beat next to wide open pads and a dramatic buildup. "Hunting Lights" is more calm and warm with a mesmerizing melody.

The sixth edition of 'Terra Incognita' release features the bright palette of sounds we are happy to put on the table.
We got four distinctive tracks which are missioning to evoke emotions while playing.
Italian duo Armonica already started 2021 with an excellent 'Slave' EP alongside Patrice Baumel remix with us, so now they are providing their starting point of the release. Energy-driven 'Passion Of Life' serves uncontrolled neat feeling of the peak-time moment with its emerging breakdown and vocalized elements.
Argentinian Brigado Crew and Ubbah have also been marked with 'Too Late' EP at the beginning of this year with us, thus their 'Stop' takes what guys are loved for: effective rolling base next to 80's guitar vibes. This is the right fit for our sound.
Happy to have Germany located Peer Kusiv to revisit Eleatics after 'Triton' EP we've put out in 2017. His 'Signal' brings impressive landscapes to go through.
Spanish producer Alex Medina and Italian duo Minimarket come up together to convey 'Deep Waters'. This tune brings mysterious blend of electronic and new-wave sounds into one world.
Summing up the release we've got here, we do hope you enjoy new sounds as much as we do.
With no boundaries at all layers.

Peer Kusiv - Signal [Eleatics Records]

For the first release of 2022, we are pleased to welcome Amsterdam- based Romanian Alex Preda, who already participated in Odd Echoes Vol. 3, and this time, he presents his debut EP  ̈Moons & Stars ̈ on the label with a fabulous remix by Lexer.

The Preda sound has developed over the years, with his taste developing into the electronic sounds of the likes of Jean Michel Jarre and Vangelis in his teens, into his signature driving techno. 

Always with an element of warmth and melody underneath and has evolved into integrating live elements into his performances, something Alex has been perfecting over the years.

The lead track Might Be Love ft. Katty Heath, is the perfect opener, full of groove and catchy melodies, that play along with the fx lead vocal, creating a super club piece.

Lexer approaches the reinterpretation of the lead track, adding new and catchy melodies, synthesizers and textures, giving his well-known stamp and taking the version to his own terrain.

Delving deeper into the EP, we find more of Alex's signature sound, but with a deeper and more emotional touch as shown in  ̈Don't Move" where the focus is on the beautiful chords that make the perfect match with the celestial synth melodies.

To close the EP we have “Searching” which is also another dance floor oriented track, fitted especially to turn the heat on the on any set. And last but not least, “Away from IT” is the perfect electronica/breaks closing track to round up this special EP.
