For some dance music fans, Alex Garcia may be their new favourite DJ thanks to his excellent sets at Nitsa, Switch Pocket Club, Esfera Fest and Buena Onda Social Club among many more, including some hazy afterparties. In his own, close-knit world of Discogs fanatics and vinyl purists, he's an admired and established digger and DJ of the Barcelona scene. Over the past 10 years he DJ’d tirelessly and continued to dig forgotten gems that will surprise the most exquisite listeners.

We met Alex through common friends and it was a pure connection from day one. His joyful character, and jokes make him such an special friend, who we admire, so it's a true pleasure presenting Alex as our first guest in our monthly podcast series.

Zobol returns to EON with his latest offering – Scapegoat. Classic Zobol style electro with a killer acid lead, this will be his first vinyl release for the label.

Zeitnot presents two brand new cuts from Body Hammer’s Scott Fraser. The B1, under his NB_BLOOD alias, is the banging, machine driven electro track Infrared; a frenetic ten minute dance floor workout with killer drum programming and swirling synths. London based label and collective Cartulis Music announce their fifteenth release titled “Twilightexpanse” by New-York producer Ebeats. A reissue from the early noughties featuring a previously unreleased Ebeats cut plus two new remixes by the legendary Radioactive Man and FOLD associate Voicedrone. The title track is one near and dear to the spirit of Cartulis – an emotive journey through hazy breakbeats, sirens from faraway lands, dramatic narratives battling through each other in a nine minute long piece of music.
