Suntrip Records was set up in the summer of 2004 by Fabien "Mars" Marsaud, one of the founders of the Psynews.org website and Joske "Anoebis" Vranken, a famous Belgian DJ and party-organiser.

Grant Camov has been a key figure in the Australian underground music scene for close to a decade. 
With sets spanning from dusty doofed-out dance floors deep in the Australian Outback, to lush Transilvanian mountain valleys, delivering psychedelic hypnosis during pure Goa parties in Belgium, to spinning smooth morning sets at underground forest gatherings on the coastlines of Denmark, to cosy Swedish outdoor midsummer raves, his trademark deejay style has been appreciated by fun loving party freaks the world over.

DJ Ghantt started her psychedelic musical journey in 2014 when she fell in love with Goa-trance. This resulted in 2015 in DJ-sets bringing the best Goa Trance to the Brazilian dance floor.
Her mission is clear: bringing a transcendental experience to the dancer! Playing a mix of powerful modern Goa-trance and old style acidic trance she makes sure the dancer will have this unique other-worldly happening!

HAXTRAXX [Suntrip Recs] AU
Haxtraxx is a psychedelic and Goa trance Dj from Australia.
In 1994, at the age of 16 he fell in love with psychedelic music and soon after he found himself playing psychedelic / Goa trance at various club venues, underground and community radio programs as well as a few outdoor gatherings.
In 2019 he began his journey in his private studio (a dream he’s had since he was 17 years old) and is now on his way to producing his own flavour of psychedelic music, whilst still trying to preserve and capture some of the essence and soul of the music that first brought him in.
And now, after over a quarter of a century he’s ecstatic to be a part of Suntrip Records as a DJ. Expect full powered psychedelic and Goa trance sets.

DJ Stevo is one of the most long-time active Croatian Psy/Goa DJs. 
In his career until today - Stevo had the opportunity to present his DJ sets in most major regions of Croatia. He has been part as official DJ of legendary Croatian record label called "Neogoa Records" from its very beginning. Very soon after he got opportunity to play on big 5 days event called "Lost Theory Festival" where he meet Joske "Anoebis" who called him to start as official DJ on his well known Belgian Goa trance label called "Suntrip Records".

21 years of goa-trance, part 3 - 1994-1998

This was my first set in Tokyo upon moving back in early 1998. I was playing off DATs (digital audio tapes) and hadn't played for a couple of months (the previous set was the Vancouver Art Gallery performance, some film footage of which is on my YouTube channel). I'd received a lot of new music and had only one practice session at a friend's house before the gig. I was really nervous but soon got into the flow and the atmosphere in the room was fantastic. I opted for longer mixes with a focus on the long melodic line, as was often the case with Goa music of the time - and in fact that's how it was composed and meant to be played, according to a number of producers who told me as much.

The set started at around 3am and went until about 5:30. I had intended to start with Beast's 'Spawn', which was still unreleased but a promo of which I'd been sent by Twisted, but the CD player hadn't been hooked up to the mixer, so my ambient intro (the Astralasia track with which I started the 'Future Was Now' mix which is also on my Soundcloud) went on a little longer than expected while I looked for a DAT to mix into it - and that ended up being 'Maia' by the Pleiadians. I only remembered that I'd intended to record my set part-way through the second track, Eco's 'UFOlk', which is where this recording picks up. The set then took a very different direction than expected ... but went exactly where it needed to go.

One of the reasons I love this set so much is that the process I was going through as a DJ - the in-the-moment spontaneity, the emotion, the exploration - really comes through in the performance. This was a time when 'preparing' a set was not done - it was more or less assumed that you would be playing off-the-cuff, perhaps with a sense of where you'd go but not fully, and that in-the-now-ness creativity is some of what 'primed' the music to electrify the dancefloor. As much as I actually had a hard time while I was playing this set and wasn't sure how successful it was, when I listened to the recording I liked what was there... How much of life is like that, where we appreciate things more afterwards instead of in the moment - despite the moments being filled with what we actually wanted? Interestingly, I found that the same synchronicity that characterized my experience behind the decks will start to show up in the room when I play this recording now ... so if I'm ever looking to break through a creative block or experience some cosmic synchronicity, this is a recording that I line up to help me move through it, just as I did back then.

Goa and psychedelic trance oldskool and nu cool mixes for days!

English hobbyist DJ, his head in the clouds and his ears in the psychedelic back allies of the past. Decades ago jrb deejayed with tactile formats - vinyl, CD, mixing desks, now it's all done in software. Not live, non-destructive, remastered and spliced to high heaven. Earlier still jrb made music with the primitive fasttracker2 software music software for the PC, and ran music groups OnyxTrance (nxt), Blackhole (bh) as well as releasing for other internet module labels, such as Chill, Twist, and LoK. In between he released a few bootlegs (mixing vocals from one track with the backing from another track, with often hilarious results).

Some random modules or early DJ mixes from this yesteryear era may appear here from time-to-time... don't be alarmed!
