This is a dump of the fast tracker 2 module I made in ~1998 for the BMP2 tracker competition, and was around the same time released via Ultrabeat - the goa trance group in mp3 format.

The audio was dumped using "xmplay",  since fast tracker doesn't work in windows - so it's unlikely this is 100% accurate reproduction of the audio, but it's been passed through so many mastering plugins it really doesn't sound like the old version any more anyway! :-)

Jrb - black hole physics

Goa and psychedelic trance oldskool and nu cool mixes for days!

English hobbyist DJ and psytrance producer, his head in the clouds and his ears in the psychedelic back allies of the past. Decades ago jrb deejayed with tactile formats - vinyl, CD, mixing desks, now it's all done in software. Not live, non-destructive, remastered and spliced to high heaven. Earlier still jrb made music with the primitive fasttracker2 software music software for the PC, and ran music groups OnyxTrance (nxt), Blackhole (bh) as well as releasing for other internet module labels, such as Chill, Twist, and LoK. In between he released a few bootlegs (mixing vocals from one track with the backing from another track, with often hilarious results).

Some random modules or early DJ mixes from this yesteryear era may appear here from time-to-time... don't be alarmed!

Moved back from Berlin to hometown Marburg.
