Since the 90s, he’s operated just left of the mainstream; DJ, promoter, crate-digger, listener — tuned into deeper frequencies. From co-founding hedphunk and helming Friday Night Frenzies at 206live to 13 years of Oppikoppi sets, he gave a platform to boundary-pushing sounds. He supported icons like Aphrodite, Jon Carter, Stanton Warriors, Mr. Scruff, and more. His journey stretched from Red Bull Music Academy in 2003 to the release of Breakin’ ZA in 2010, a raw snapshot of SA’s breakbeat underground.

After returning to the UK in 2012, he played Camden’s Lockside Lounge, helped revive Kickin’ Radio, and later co-launched AMG Radio after gigging in Bristol. Saturdays broadcasting delicious beats and the woo-woo bass. Now, after a production hiatus, he’s back: intentional, clear, and creatively charged. His latest work distils decades of listening and sonic exploration, shaped by the past but built for the future.

For the longtime heads, the ones who remember, this is a warm welcome back, a reintroduction. For the new listeners with open ears and no rulebook, this is an invitation to come closer.

Paulo Baz Mendonca who is your Noisy Neighbour has Been DJing most of his life and loves playing loud music for those who love it and for those who don't hehehehe. For the past few years now he has been working hard on his production skills to create his own sound in the wide range of Techno genres. From trippy tech soundscapes with a warm sub bass groove to hard hitting rolling banging power techno.
