Lithuania's biggest Trance export / International DJ & music composer.

BIOGRAPHY:

One of Lithuania’s hottest trance exports is most definitely Andrej Anskinas,
widely known to the dance music cosmos under his artist name Anske.
An individual who has had dance music coursing through his veins from early on,
he spares no expense in the creative process of harnessing blissful melodies and 
the forging of concrete beats. It is his pure talent that has brought him far along the
treacherous road to success. Passion, determination and instant
creativity led to truly beautiful releases such as: “Dragon Tales”, “Vilnius” and
his collaboration with singer/songwriter Denise Rivera, “Cold As Ice”.
While focused on his vision of unleashing the music he loves and cherishes,
he gained the attention of none other than the founder of “Coldharbour Recordings”
himself, Markus Schulz. A lifelong dream quickly became reality when the mighty
“Epika E.P” saw a release on “Coldharbour Recordings” itself. Since then a whirlwind
of originals and remixes has swept the dance music scene with singles such as “Xplorer”,
“Bring My Spirit (feat. Ellie White)” and “The Light In You” bringing an extra dose of
positivity and light in the world we inhabit. All of this ultimately led to another milestone: being 
signed to “Schulz Music Group (SMG)”, who in turn have handled his worldwide bookings
ever since. Aside from producing, Anske has also performed at world renowned events 
such as the album tour for Boom Jinx at “Eden Lounge” in Washington DC, “Impulse
Of Sound” in Estonia and several appearances at the prestigious “Luminosity” in The
Netherlands. Further achievements include a recent appearance on national television
“DELFI.It TV’ in Vilnius, Lithuania and major local radio stations “Power Hit Radio” and “Zip FM”.
His latest body of work has already received incredible support by some of the pillars of the 
scene which has fueled him to continue on in full force. His latest single “Blue Lagoon” and his
marvelous three track E.P “Space Howl” have already received critical acclaim with the title track
being featured on the brand new installment of the iconic DJ mix compilation “In Search Of Sunrise ‘15” on the disc mixed by Markus Schulz. An honor that had been bestowed upon him the year prior
with “The Light In You” being included on the previous edition (“In Search Of Sunrise ‘14”).

His career as edm DJ started in 1998 in the legendary trance-club "A2" in the town of Peine (Germany).He was able to let the techno-crowd go crazy on every event while performing with the top of the national and international DJ-stars as there were:

Paul van Dyk, Cosmic Gate, Talla 2XLC, Blanck & Jones, Alex M.O.R.P.H., ATB, Kai Tracid, Marc Spoon, Steve Mason, Ives de Ruyter, Westbam, Marusha, Da Hool, Tomkraft and many more.

It was the time you were able to watch and listen to Claus Backslash on all other main events as for example as the permanent local hero of the "Reincarnation Rave" in Germany, on "Radio Sunshine Live" and other well known radio stations.

In the beginning of 2002  Claus Backslash meet the producers of the 'Plasticstudio' of that time:

Tom Porcell "Funabashi" and later "Alphazone" & "Ralph Novell".

From the first moment on everyone got along with each other so well, that they decided to start some new trance-projects together.

Over the last years up to now further productions, remixes and chart-hits were created for national and international labels Ministry of Sound, EMI, WEA, Universal, Sony Music and many Artists.
