Cinema - 2021

This was played using a Yamaha Clavinova and some sampler I bought at that time for around $1000 :(.  It used floppy disks for sounds. This was the string sounds with arpeggiator turned on.  I remember being floored that I could play and trigger the sampler at the same time.

Looking back, it was a fun time to learn about synthesizers and 16 track recorders and rack mounts and being wrapped in midi cables and trying to figure out why one rack mount wasn't being triggered and why the mixer was messed up and why you forgot to arm your recorder to record after you just finished playing a 15 minute masterpiece (a masterpiece in your mind...until your friends heard it and told you not to quit your day job).

Polish patriot woman , fighting after the Second World War with the Soviet's invader and communism in Poland.
She was arrested in Gdańsk on July 20, 1946.
Despite a brutal investigation, she did not reveal any information about her companions
Execution by shooting took place on August 28, 1946, six days before her eighteenth birthday. This judgment became a symbol of the brutality of the communist courts. Her grave is located in the garrison cemetery in Gdańsk.

Track 10 from the album "B Sides, Alternates and Other Songs" ......... a collection of 10 songs written or recorded during the making of my "For the Stars" album in 2019 but didn't make the album.......releasing one song monthly thru October 2020!

"You Don't Know Me" is another true B Side. It was written long before I statred the "For the Stars" album and I recorded it with the intentions of having it on the album. But my wife vetoed it (she's my "test" audience!) in favor of another song and I felt 10 songs were enough for this album. So here it is now!
