Known for their ability to uncover unique and unexpected samples, GoldenChild crafts a sound that is both distinctive and timeless. Specializing in hip hop production, their DJ sets span hip hop, funk, soul, jazz, and electronic music, creating an atmosphere of joy, inspiration, and connection.

GoldenChild has showcased their talents at premier events and festivals, including AEMCON, Edmonton International Street Performers Festival, Edmonton Fringe Festival, and K-Days. Their career includes opening performances for industry legends such as The Halluci Nation, Wajeed, DJ Maseo, A-Trak, and Kid Koala.

In addition to their live performances, GoldenChild is an accomplished producer, with standout collaborations like "Middle Finger U" with K-Riz and "Okay" with TeaFannie. Drawing inspiration from influential artists such as J Dilla, Madlib, MF DOOM, and Anderson .Paak, GoldenChild continues to innovate while remaining deeply rooted in hip hop’s essence. Currently, they are developing two EPs, new educational workshops, and collaborations with local artists, further solidifying their role as a creative force in the music community.
