I wrote Slowly at around 11pm on a day when it was raining outside. I've never had a song that actually helped me sleep. I have struggled with insomnia for a long time so I wrote this song as a lullaby for myself, a reminder of all those things that make me feel peaceful when my brain doesn't stop or allow my body to rest.

A therapeutic journey into a mix of jazz, classical, and a blend of types of electronica.  And a wry, gradual observation that promotion tends to only go as far as you push it.  At least I make my fellow musicians laugh a little.
