oh yea Ned - that Delta blues sound coming through

This is a cover of one of my favorite instrumentals, Sco-Mule by Gov't Mule.  It was done as a tribute to John Scofield and they are now playing it together on their current tour.  

We have me on guitars, Jamie on keys, Ned on slide, and Mirko holding down the bass.  Thanks as always to these guys who make this so fun.  This was a really tough tune to arrange and put a backing track together for, and once it was done, the guys gave me easy material to work with.

I've been playing guitar with varying degrees of devotion for about 30 years. I love to play and record every chance I get and have really enjoyed my time on SC so far.  My musical influences are guitar greats such as Hendrix, SRV, Jerry Garcia, Jimmy Page, Duane Allman, Robben Ford, Mike Bloomfield, Warren Haynes and Derek Trucks. I love listening to other people's music and drawing inspiration from their talents.  Most of all I appreciate all of the support from the community here and look forward to spending a lot more time. :)
