Born one electric summer in San Francisco’s Lower Haight District, PillowTalk — comprised of Sammy Doyle, Michael Tello, Ryan Williams, and Shane Duryea — fuses classic R&B, boogie, disco, rock, and house into something uniquely their own.

Now, 2025 is set to turn up the volume. With a fresh lineup and their third full-length album on the horizon, Body of Work is poised to take over your speakers, energize your dance floors, and light up your festivals. This new LP sees the band evolve again, introducing new members Hannah Noelle (background vocals), Tate Masimore (guitar/bass), Collin Brown (keys/ synths), and the ever-magnetic Greg Paulus (trumpet). The sound? Think jackin’ gospel house meets urban funk, electronica, indie rock, and future R&B — a full-bodied musical experience that lives up to the album’s name.

Rooted in passion and fearless experimentation, PillowTalk refuses to be boxed in. Their motto, “D.A.G.” (Destroy All Genres), borrowed from a legendary underground SF DJ, says it all. With sonic influences as wide-ranging as the Talking Heads, The Police, Kraftwerk, Sam Cooke, Freddie Hubbard, Larry Heard, and Theo Parrish, their music is always surprising, always emotive, always real.

From the studio to the stage, they’ve put in the work, with releases on Bar 25 Music, Crew Love, Visionquest, Life & Death, Dirtybird, Wolf + Lamb, Circus Company, Kompakt, and D-Edge, along with remixes for icons like Groove Armada, Kasper Bjork, HVOB, Soul Clap, and more. Their collaborations read like a who’s who of the underground: DJ Tennis, D.O.P., Ruede Hagelstein, Thugfucker, Deniz Kurtel, Tone of Arc, Soul Clap... and that’s just the beginning.

From Melbourne, FL and since the early 90's house music has always put a smile in my soul. Grew up going to the Beacham Theatre to listen to Kimball, Cannalte, and Fortier. I have a ton of passion for the music and decided one day over 15 years ago to start playing myself. Played some gigs but love playing more as a hobby. I live in ATL now and have been exposed and made some great friends here with a great perspective of electronic music, Numinous, Habersham, Rob Dowell, Jon Denver, andMarcos Pieras to to name a few. My cds are not real clubby because that's not what i do it for. My biggest fan is my wife.....keep the music rolling!


►Nikola Bozic is producer and sound engineer born 1981 inTuzla. Back in childhood days, he was focused on music where he finished music school in Tuzla, and played acoustic guitar where he got the basics of music theory. At the end of the nineties affected by the global electronic scene started to mix music, infatuated with new sounds and influences of the techno culture he starts spinning music as a DJ in local clubs. As he studied audio engineering, he advanced and overcome the classical mashup. At that time he start to learn and experiment with sound synthesis, MIDI systems, and music production. He also work as a master ingeneer for couple records. His performances are especially interesting because it is live performance, where he connects multiple audio and midi channels, creating his own setup. Curently he works in his own studio with various artists and musicians on different project for film music muic as well as tracks for new digital releases.
