DEMO I'll Be Your Roots And Leaves

Mai approached me with the idea to cover the theme song of Suzume no Tojimari in September. I listened to the track a bit and tried to play around with it to see what sounds I could get out of, I ended up settling on a electric/trap beat sound. Mai really liked the idea too, so we started recordings in November, she worked very hard to get the vocals as close as she could and after some post production. I can say I'm proud of what we have achieved!

This is my remixed take at the theme from the movie Suzume no Tojimari. I originally started building this production back in September of last year. I immediately fell in love with what I could do with the synthesizer and the raw feeling of the drums. It all came together to make this sound epic! I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I do!

Heart of Fire

Swiss producer, songwriter K-WIS pursued a passion for music ever since the age of six when he received his first guitar. At thirteen he produced some of his very first tracks digitally, encompassing classical cinematic music, chill trap and lofi beats. Since then he has produced several popular remixes on YouTube and recently published his German Rap/Trap debut album G-Drip together with artist Aree Adams.

Among his idols for producing music is Avicii from which he took some inspiration to collaborate with artists on tracks. His production style follows various moods from upbeat, aggressive to gloomy and sad, taking some inspiration from the producers of the likes of Travis Scott. His recent remixes dabble in the anime genre with a unique electronic sound that combines orchestral and synthesised instruments together.

Currently, K-WIS is working on several new albums and remixes together with rappers and singers. Stay tuned to hear more of his tracks!
