G4 = 392 Hz, I pushed up 396 Hz which is said to be a healing frequency of the ancient Solfeggio scale, which resonates with the root chakra. I combined it with 174 Hz in the bass(also a Solfeggio frequeny which shall reduce pain and stress). I'm no shamane, nor at home in this kind of stuff, so, when it helps for good energy: fine, also beyond the matter how and why !
