It's important to appreciate the life we have and make the most of it. It's important how we use our time to make sure we live the life we want.

I thank my fellow musicians, especially Marquis, who always takes a look at my quirky projects. This time he even wrote a foreword - I'm grateful for that, after we set the theme.
Furthermore I thank Fabi for his wonderful guitars and Malu for a cool singing session.

This is the lead track from the set of songs that I began with Wou-Wou & the Wormling during the start of the turmoil and chaos brought upon by the pandemic. This is also the first part of four tracks within the album directly based on Wou-Wou’s comic, The Shrike. It has been incredible working with Bitzone and Stricknice throughout the project as well. It is always cool when the everyone in the stag heard works well togehter and brings distinct yet complimentary ideas to the mix. Big thanks also to Weighty Tree for introducing his groovy style of neopsychedelica to the rut! 

May everyone be victorious at their turn during the rut.

Several weeks after the events of The Great Scurry, all had returned back to normal in the autumnal forest. Nature has a way of quickly shaking off the traumas of the past and returning to its most basic of desires. You see, all of life yearns to mate and procreate, and while most that experience defeat from the stronger or rejection from those seeking the fitter, muster the determination to get back up again, some take their spurning to heart, as if they were more deserving than nature intended, where it festers and begins to grow a new grotesque life of its own.

Ventoso Blues A La Pradera (with The Windscale Blues Experiment)

I listened this morning to "nervanished" from harmful if followed and I wrote the words to this song in about 2 minutes and recorded it in 5. It may or may not sound a bit raw but the song hit a chord with me and you should all listen to nervanish I think

It is difficult to deal with irrational destructive vicious thoughts and behavior but I believe that by bringing it to light and talking about it the good will vanquish the bad.  I just hope it will be sooner than later

Well this is another with Greg Willis from Wales on Sax , it's got a Northern Soul sort of sound , hope you like it ! On a similar theme , on the 5th of March me and Charlotte ( Charlie and the Fox ) have a 60s Wall of Sound song out , I tried to get the Spector sound , we'll see whether I succeeded or not ! Greg is on this one too , I can't seem to leave him alone Ha ! Renowned Lyricist Tony Harris ( from Alabama ) and I got together for a lovely song which is out on the 15th of March . This song started as a recording of Computart playing the guitar and singing/whistling to a metronome, which you can find raw on his page. Having worked together before on a song called The Shining, the Frenchman reached across the pond again and asked the Yank if he would like to add anything to this. This style of music being one of Josh's favorites, he jumped at the chance. He got Ken involved right away because every great song needs a great drummer. Josh added a bass line, to which Ken added drums, to which Josh redid his bass line, as is their usual process. Josh then added the mandolin. Then, Ken added the hand drums to put the icing on the cake. Tez was generous enough to produce and mix this for us, and we feel like he got it to sound like we were all playing in the same room together. 
  We hope you enjoy listening to this as much as we enjoyed putting it together
