[Kris twitches suddenly.]

[Bettryu draws out a green blade, and vines coil around Kris's legs, holding them in place.]

* C'MON, FRIEND.
* LET'S GIVE 'EM ALL WHAT THEY DESERVE.

* LET'S GET RID OF Y O U .
* AND PUT M E IN THE SPOTLIGHT!

[Before Bettyu can attack Kris, the Scrapset suddenly shakes violently, and a cutout falls away, revealing Ralsei, who had been waiting outside for Kris.]

* Kris!
* S-Sorry for intruding, I was just a bit worried about--

* AHHA HAH  HA!!!
* KRIS! !

* YOU DIDN'T TELL ME AZZY WAS HERE, KRIS!

[Ralsei looks confused.]

* Oh, um, Hi...?
* Sorry for interrupting your conversation with Kris, I was just a bit worried about them.
* My name's--

* AHAHA, THAT FACE!
* HOW I'VE MISSED THAT FACE, AZZ!!

[Ralsei shifts uncomfortably, confused, and then Bettryu's expression falters, before an odd smile crosses their face.]

* O OHHH.
* OH KRIS YOU
* OH KRIS YOU FREAK YOU!

* WHO'S THIS BETTER BROTHER YOU'VE FOUND FROM THE DARK, EH?

[Kris remains silent.]

* HAHAHAHAHAHH, WELL HE'S PERFECT, HEEHEE.
* JUST LIKE ME!!! !!!! !

* Ha... I... I trust you won't throw HIM away, right?
* ...
* ...ANYWAY.

* GOTTA RUN, FRIENDS.
* SINCE KRIS HERE TOOK MY PLACE IN THE STARLIGHT, I'VE HAD AN...
* A W F U L  LOT OF FREE TIME! !! !

[Bettryu then laughs manically, before the lights flicker off and back on, revealing that the strange foe has disappeared.]

* Uh... Kris?
* In moments like this, I feel it's essential that I give you a bit of advice?
* ...Maybe DON'T talk to strange darkners like this...?

[Ralsei then rejoins the party, and you notice something shining in a pile of Bettryu's momentos.]
[...It seems they're a bit of a kleptomaniac.]
[...]

A Bettryu

This is the "THRASH THE WORLD" replacement for THE alternative universe, "Deltarune: The Same Puppet, Again". Think about it, isn't it kinda weird this was never made official even though a character design and basic idea for the song did exist? Either way, here's just another take on this thing that by now a lot of people have done.

The original TSP was made by @overkill-the-sequel, as well as the jevil drawing which i referenced for this cover art. Credit to @zootyplex as well for providing their version of the song which i took inspiration from as well. This is also largely based on @lidkas_plus's version of THRASH THE WORLD. So, here it is at last!
