Jay Olivine is Ziggy Stardust’s fourth favourite lyricist in Northeast Brisbane. 

He is a hitless wonder who scratches out demos in a dark booth beneath his kitchen. 

Sometimes he adds distortion to cover the snores of his dog. Sometimes he gets away with an acoustic number. 

His dream (not his dog’s dream) would be to license his lyrics to someone who would take them somewhere beautiful. He keeps dreaming. 

Olivine is a common green rock. Jay Olivine is not.

Multi-genre composer and producer. I write full band rock, metal, pop and blues arrangements to collaborate with vocalists and instrumentalists. My music is free from AI and always will be.

⚠️Technical issues
My distributor's contract with SoundCloud only offers uploads for 30 countries. There is not much I can do about that, because I need their services for my complex collab situation. If you can't play my songs here, please follow me on any other streaming platform. Just follow the buy link of the individual song.
