Fresh off the press & teleporting you straight to the Berghain dancefloor, this atmospheric darkgroove mix focuses heavily on fluidity and powerful driving rhythms while combining haunting sounds & countless layers of hypnotic grooves. Previously, I used this genre of music to create a mix that could be used to set pace and open up any venue without being too overwhelming, whereas this time I focused more on being in the thick of a steamy underground techno session and letting the fast paced tones take full control.

Heavyweight groove labels like Vault Sessions, BCCO & Mutual Rhythm were the biggest inspirations for this mix as they all shine a light on the most impactful music in the minimal techno scene at this current time. Building a contagious vibe from the opening track and maintaining it throughout the mix was vital for me while also drawing it to a close with one of my favourite closing tracks of all time. I have many fond memories of these track id's & hope to have many more similar experiences on the global dancefloor in the near future.
