Kaoru Inoueによる自主レーベル ”Seeds And Ground” の復活作品となった、Chari Chari名義としては18年ぶりとなるアルバム “We hear the last decades dreaming”（SAGCD035）からのリミックスEPシリーズ（アナログ盤でのリリース3種）をまとめたものに、さらに未発表曲を加えた新アルバムが早くも登場。アルバム全体としてオリジナル盤に匹敵するトータル性を持つ、エキゾティックでディープな編集盤。
