Introducing Des & Del

This Duo was inevitable. Building up to the official launch, It had always been talked about considering they've been friends for over 5 years. 

Playing shows all around Miami, Des & Del started playing techno sets together. Once they finally got into the studio, it all made sense. House was the answer. Within 3 months, they were supported by Michael Bibi at Club Space Miami for Solid Grooves during Miami Music Week, along with support from Cloonee, James Hype, Wade, CID, Eddy M and Claptone to name a few. They currently have releases with Bump-n-Grind, Hood Politics Records, and their latest track "Like This" on Black V Necks Imprint (Retail Records) which was a true standout on their first compilation "Records For Sale Vol.1". They’ve also launched their concept and party called “Groove State” in late July of 2022.

Del, Formally known as Xeno has a sound derived form Jackin' House with gritty and heavy hitting bass lines, while Des (Cespedes), who is a progressive/techno Artist has a dark, eerie and intense sound influenced and derived from his early childhood when he listened to old school trance on his walkman. Together, they create a driving yet groovy, aggressive but also minimalistic atmosphere with either Latin and/or Hip-Hop influences. Leaving their two personal brands on the back burner, these two are here to stay.

Strengthening the Clarisse roster closer to home, Aaron Martin, Angel Heredia, Gustaff, Ordonezz, Roxy Delgado and Yvan Genkins are among those who’ve helped put Clarisse’s firm and funky foundations in place.

These formidable line-ups and heavy rotation of top-tier names mean charting success for Clarisse has come easily, and is a reflection of the career of the Swiss-born Mendo, who has been crossing the coordinates of deep, tech, tribal and funky house since the Millennium. Mendo’s debut album ‘Avalon’ lead to an unprecedented year of dominance of the Beatport charts, opening doors to an in-demand international schedule taking in Ibiza residencies and tours Down Under.

Since 2013, the Clarisse Nights label showcase has had all of Europe’s top clubs upholding Mendo's philosophy: "I just want people to have a good time with my music”. These nights are a vibes-heavy vehicle for Mendo and the Clarisse DJs team to put on a party that underlines the label’s signature sound while welcoming the best guest headliners. Carefully selected for their musical selection and dexterity behind the decks, those in tune with the label’s attitude make every date one to jump on.

More than jut a record label and moving with the scene to maximise the brand, Clarisse Records’ mixing and mastering services opened for business in 2022. With no better place to show off their style than the White Isle, the summer of 2023 saw Mendo fine-tune all of the label’s heaviest hitters, and then apply the magic touch to labels such as Hot Creations, Hottrax, Jamie Jones’ Paradise imprint, and The Martinez Brothers’ Cuttin’ Headz stable. Artists now know exactly where to go for all their mixdown and mastering needs, trusting in Mendo’s do’s and don’ts to give their beats that extra something for when summer season shouts full steam ahead. 

With the Clarisse DJs roster guaranteeing a roadblock every time they come to town, Clarisse Nights have already made steps en route to a worldwide takeover, capturing hotspots across Ibiza, London and Croatia. And there’s more to come, with Mendo having signed a partnership with HireOut bookings to further develop the Clarisse Nights experience. Born in the beautiful city of Kolomna, Egor has shown interest in electronic music since childhood. The love of music was instilled by his parents and dancing classes. At the age of 16, he started djing and played at local parties. Then Egor became a producer and has focused on house music.

Now he lives in Moscow, plays in clubs and travels around the world, exploring local culture and music.
