Rafaelito y su Tumbao is an Orchester conveying the temperament, fever and terrific rhythm of Latin America during each performance. That is a project of Rafael Pareja. After having performied on Latin, Jazz and Salsa stages for many years, the Peruvian decided to found an own Salsa band which refers to the old structure of the New York Salsa style and deals with the Cuban and afro-antillian music as well as expressions of the Latin American music having origin in the Cuban music. The Latin band consists of young and experienced musicians whose characterics is to combine a powerful part of passion and successful interplay which leads to a compact and clear sound. It should be mentioned that his Salsa Band has 4 to 13 artists on stage but has more than 20 musicians within office branches in: Lima Peru, Munich Germany and New Jersey  USA. They take an active part in this project.

Live Computer Musik und Steuerbare akustische Klangskulpturen

KDG – formerly known as Klang, Drang, Gesang is a group of people, performing free improvised music in Munich since 1989. The personnel never really changed: Andreas Fischer on electronics, jew-harps, harps and accordion, Michael Lange on drums and some wind instruments, Harald Kämmerer plays trumpet, clarinet, flute and sometimes he sings or talks. The musical idea of KDG is, that everything can happen and work together without any preparation. The ideal result is a free organic sound, that is perfect in the moment, when it is performed. The CDs are only a memory of what is possible, when you get lost in your mind, feelings and music.
Due to their weird sound and style they were often hired by dancers and dance-companies (e.g. PoE performance OF Experience, In_Out with Stefan Maria Marb, Matthias Renert and Alexander Bauer and also with Karen Effenberger, Roula Karaferi or Angelika Meindl) to accompany them on stage.
Since they have retired from stage, the dancer and choreographer Eva Eger used once some of our recordings for one of her performances.

Composer Contemporary Music

Sibylle Pomorin (*1956) studied from 1975 until 1980 flute and saxophone at the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik in Münster, Germany. 

In 1984/85, she studied composition under Ernst Bechert in Hamburg, Germany and in 1994, she received composition lessons and an introduction to electroacoustic music from the American composer and electronic musician Alice Shields during a six-month stay in New York. 

Between 1982 and 1994 she toured with improvising musicians of the international scene and toured with her own groups and compositions through Europe and Israel. 

She received composition commissions for ensembles, festivals, broadcasting, and theatre as well as numerous prices and awards and was promoted by various working scholarships – inter alia in New York, Istanbul and Iceland. Scores publications and CD releases inter alia by Moers Music and in the Furore Verlag. 

Her music has been performed at international festivals for contemporary music in Europe, Israel, Mexico, Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan and the USA.
