About this EP:
Almanecer is a portal, a mystical metaphor for the concept of "Birth of the Soul", an awakening to consciousness through sound harmonies and frequencies on a very special journey. A treasure that will give endless beauty and peace to whoever takes the time to discover it.
In a new collaboration between the creative energies of the great artist Mina Shanka, bringing a unique magic with her almost heavenly voice, plus the talented and eclectic producer Hajna, prolific creator of big releases for Cosmovision Records and more. Both artists from France with a passion for the sounds of global folklore and electronic music, today they come together again to sculpt a meaningful musical piece full of soul and love for music.
The EP consists of 3 original songs which is enriched with 4 remixes full of musical synchrony that explore the most electronic sounds as well as the ideas most linked to Latin American folklore by figures such as DVNIEL, Manu Ela, Intiche and Atemporal.

Centaurus A [ @djleo_dorantes ] is the a.k.a. of the new Leo Dorantes project. The name comes from the galaxy NGC 5128 (Centauri´s constelation). Experimentation with native sounds from all continents, including ethnic, religious, spiritual and prehispanic influences from several cultures around the world gives life to this project. Rescuing and spreading the trascendental musical tradition to fuse it with downtempo deep rhythms all along with vanguard psychedelic elements that gets you into a real state of ceremonial trance. Through music he shows the transcendence of the sounds that our ancestors used to reach a higher state of awareness and pay tribute to the gods; a real spirit manifestation.

It has been over a decade since the global electronica scene sampled its first Desert Dwellers remix. 'Breath Re-Imagined Vol. 2' carries on in this evolving tradition as producers Amani Friend and Treavor Moontribe hand the building blocks of their 2019 album, 'Breath,' over to eleven musical adepts from the realms of downtempo house and electronica for a scintillating new installment to their global music tale. The virtuoso trumpet, the fragrances of the dub and Johann's Balkan twist together with the addictive, tribal & ceremonial rhythm of Nadav, gave birth to 'The landing'. In different times this creation would be played on every downtempo gathering on the globe. This splendid collab contains a deep and profound beat, mind-blowing melodies, and lots of joy. This sound got picked up by the dutch vagabond @krautmusica and the south africa based producer @leeu88 put in two various thrilling and powerful remixes. Our next release on Camel Riders is coming from SHASHA with her EP 'Cairo Dreaming' incl. remixes by RLHBSLCN, Tuba Twooz, Theo Gramal, and Gidor.
Sharon Mansur aka SHASHA is an extremely talented Pianist, Keyboard player, Composer and Producer.
She is touring non-stop around the globe as the keyboard player of several amazing bands such as Orphaned Land, Anna RF, Yossi Fine and Ben Aylon, and more. In recent years, SHASHA has been cultivating her very own electronic project, in addition to her project as a solo pianist.
'Cairo Dreaming' includes 4 original tracks and 4 splendid remixes.
First, we have 'Taqsim', a melodic musical intro that opens this musical celebration, just before the EP theme track. 'Cairo Dreaming' offers a delightful and solid Deep house-ish bass-line, fused with mesmerizing synth melodies, acidic sounds, and trippy yet heart-warming vocals, creating a cutting-edge futuristic and dreamy adventure. Following up next, we have 'House Of Saeed', which displays a cheerful melancholic vibe framed with divine organic elements and warm soulful synth melodies. The 4th original by SHASHA is 'This Is SHASHA', where virtuoso multi-layered synth riffs and melodies come together with exquisite electronic sounds creating an epic tune of middle eastern electronica. On remix duty, we have the pleasure to welcome four extremely talented producers with their debut release on our label. First, we have the Leipzig-based producer, Theo Gramal, which created a downtempo-ish remix for the EP theme track, giving it a rootfull organic interpretation with extremely pleasurable electronic sounds. Following up next we have the Argentinian producer Nicolas Behler aka RLHBSLCN, with his deep and darkish remix for 'House Of Saeed'. Next, we have the duo Tuba Twooz with their powerful and very fresh interpretation for 'This Is SHASHA', which will make you move non-stop. Last but not least, we are serving you an additional remix for 'This Is SHASHA' by Or Gido aka Gidor, which frames the original synth melodies with a darkish vibe full of edgy electronic sounds.
