I came across Tetu Shani doing a song called Upendo on Engage's platform and I've been meaning to make a rendition of it. I really like the honest opening he had in the video on love and how he engaged the crowd throughout the song. Kinda gave me courage to start singing again and tell the innner perfectionist to dial it down 😂

For me, the human condition (cue the Jon Bellion easter egg) is to understand and be understood. Whether that entails honesty and communication depends on your tolerance for showing your vulnerability. You'd be surprised what a little of that can do for your friendships and relationships in general 😊
