A descent into the in-between. Everywhere and Nowhere drifts through digital fog and ghost signals, where memory and circuitry blur into one pulse. Slow, cinematic, and alive with metallic textures, the track feels like a transmission from a world just beyond reach, intimate yet alien, human yet synthetic.

//Parallax// is a series in which we ask DJs and live acts to record their set in underground venues, at home or other places beyond the obvious.

this mix is the preliminary result of a study of various hard/core, psy, tribal and experimental techno elements and the attempt to combine them with pre-existing dancefloor practices and sound signatures. the core idea crystalised in the preparation for a night at garage29, a little biotope in zurich with a fertile ground. the night had to be cancelled but its essence has thereafter further evolved into this current form - and beyond.

Kostadis Michail is a sound artist, self-taught multi-instrumentalist & sound engineer based in Athens. 
In his experimental solo project KOSTADIS, spine-chilling soundscapes created by live electronics, junk pedals, tapes, ribbon devices, objects and voices. His live performances are based on a free improvised electroacoustic spiritual escape. He has shared the stage with many musicians and bands such as Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe, Son Lux, Father Murphy, Id M Theft Able, Turbo Teeth, Panos Alexiadis, Bill Anagnos. Kostadis multi-instrumentalism abilities have shredded via different bands like Wham Jah, Lost Bodies, Sclavos, In Trance 95 & Acid Baby Jesus.
