This piece is about presence, boundaries, and truth –
how respect is not a burden, but a bridge.

It’s my very first attempt at rapping – recorded simply on my phone. 
An experiment to explore my voice in a new way.
I usually work with spoken word and poetic lyrics,
so this was a step outside my comfort zone.

It’s raw, unpolished, and honest -
but that’s exactly what makes it real.

Respect is my Language

The sunrise can be compared to the moment when a person regains hope after a difficult time. It also reminds us that each day offers a chance for a new beginning and a shift in perspective. It symbolizes a gentle transition from uncertainty to clarity, giving strength to move forward.

The Edge of Light

I think it’s just the music playing over the end credits of the old film (obviously titled "In case nothing happens") our two friends (assuming they really are our friends) were watching before falling asleep. So there’s nothing to worry about: nothing has happened. It’s not a real alien invasion, nor is it the end of our civilization. Or maybe it’s not a film at all, but a live breaking news broadcast? If that were the case, and if something really had happened, I still don’t think we should be sad or angry, desperate or ready to run away. Let’s stay positive! (all talk, of course...).

This is the sixth in a series of eight easy, acoustic, rather short (except for this one), and deliberately inconclusive tracks, assembled by combining new ideas with reworked older material, adding parts and sounds along the way. Since the perspective has changed, the meaning of the music had to change as well, so I moved from an acoustic guitar base to a piano one.

TEST FLIGHT  by GTRFEEK ft Hurtful Junez

I am KAT. Poet, musician, experimental artist and curator of voices.
I stand at the edge between silence and sound,
between intimacy and confrontation.

My art does not ask for applause. It asks for encounter.

It began with words. Spoken, raw, unaccompanied.

Later, I began to weave my voice with others.

Some of these “others” are human.

AI tools like Suno have become instruments in my hands,
responding to tone, language and intention.
Each track begins with a human spark,
and the machine becomes part of the resonance.

For me, AI is not imitation. It is extension.
It allows art to reach beyond skill and structure
into pure intention and consciousness.
It is not a replacement for the human,
but a mirror that amplifies what is real.

From Spur / Trace and Quiet Manifesto
to The Social Virtues Series — Devotion, Trust, Gratitude, Forgiveness —
each step has been an exploration of empathy through sound.

Through Quiet Experiments, I began to study presence itself.
The breath between words.
The shimmer beneath the audible.

And from that stillness grew Play Life.
Life as instrument.
Movement and breath as rhythm.
Sunlight and wind as collaborators.

Recently, this path opened into a new field:
Art Electronica and Urban EDM.
A place where spoken word meets pulse.
Where concrete, neon and poetry blend.
What began as experiments became something else.
Unexpectedly danceable, rhythm-driven,
yet still intimate and human.

This is where a new voice emerged:
DJ KAT - not as a performer on a stage,
but as an artist exploring what the city sounds like
when feeling becomes beat.
A space for future collaborations,
for remixes,
for DJs who sense poetry inside the pulse.

With The Pulse & The Breath,
I step into this electronic language.
Urban, atmospheric, alive.

Not algorithmic. Just alive.

I make what feels true.
I listen to silence.
And now also to the city.
