My friend, indie songwriter/lyricist Edwin H. Balder, sent me these lyrics as a Christmas gift late last year. He encouraged me as I was recovering from a major health blow & surgery. Now it is Ed's turn. He's having some health struggles yet continues to write. We want to encourage him. 12 Below and I hoped to surprise him with music set to his lyrics.

This is a song about the senseless loss of life and landscape in Ukraine. Peace and Love! Lyrics:

Ancient Harmonic Sueño

This is a recording of a large earth mover "Cat" that is taking a house down behind ours. Quite exciting and three local birds and hummingbirds are very nervous so I decided to record this clip. After 20 years, we  just gained quite an extensive view of the entire Los Angeles skyline. We also lost a large 40 foot tree that housed many of our local birds. They seem to be  Working through it. Funny how things like that work.

Believe it or not… this title was composed almost entirely in a dream !! After three coffees I just had to work all the parts and recorded this in half of the day! 
The day after I mixed that stuff, which would  become - three years after - one of the biggest Cats Bleed success on stage 🔥

We don't realise how the skeletons in our closets, the hate and separation we breed and nurture, slowly erodes togetherness, fairness and community, while at the same time builds up to a big explosion, which probably none of us will get out of alive.
