Yo👋 It’s been a while since we last posted a mix, so super stoked to welcome Belgian producer Placid One (@maximilien-vincent)to the Truths mix series with a solid selection oscillating between breakbeat, bass and electro (with a touch of acid). Some recent releases like @nikki-nair 's EP and other all time favorites in it, including his own track "Derby" which will be released soon on @furthur_elect0nix. Placid One

Kay-S is a Visual Artist, Producer, and DJ based out of Tampa Bay, Florida. Over his nearly two decade involvement in the Florida Drum & Bass/Jungle community, he has maintained a consistently refreshing presence with his unique approach in presenting music. Forever on the fringe, Kay-S favors selections that bend and blur genres, with a large focus on Techno influenced Drum & Bass. 

Kay-S is co-founder, DJ, and artist of the lauded Refuge Nights in St. Petersburg, Florida; a monthly Drum & Bass and Jungle night focusing on the deeper end of the genre as an authentic, thoughtfully curated, music-centric dark-room experience. He is also a resident DJ, Designer and Promoter for the collective: A Night of Drum & Bass Tampa Bay (ANODNB), a staple in the community with over a decade of producing events in the Tampa Bay area. Kay-S also hosts a monthly radio show on Subtle Radio called Underscore_. The show is based on his popular Underscore_ mix series and also features guest mixes from artists such as Homemade Weapons, Red Army, 88 Katanas, among others. The show airs every first Monday of the month at 9pm Eastern.
