In Glasgow, the summer typically lasts the best part of a week and if you're one of the many people unfortunate enough to have a day job, you’re going to see most of it through the office window. I used to work this really sh***y office job and whenever it became too much for me (Which was often the case) I used to look at photos of these perfect Miami beaches and attempt to project myself to that location. Almost like a mental vacation. These idyllic, pictures of purple skies that seemed to be drenched in an eternal amber twilight so thick it was palpable.

That's what I wanted to capture in this track. I wanted to take the listener on a brief mental vacation.
