We all re-mix for a purpose/goal that suits us, and I respect that, Ken. I did go to the 2021 mix and did appreciate the livelier, more energetic and edgy rendition in that version. The lyrics have some great lines in the telling, and your inimitable vocal texture. Both versions have their merits, and I'm glad you did a mix that you feel you needed to do. Contrats to the team and their individual efforts! Happy 2023, Ken and team! (I love a loud Ric...drives the resonance on the bottom :)

I grew up in the Mississippi Delta on a Louisiana share cropper's farm.   A lot of hard work and a lot of good memories.  Those days are gone now.  Sometimes that farm feels like a long lost friend.   I can feel the wind as it blows through my hair and smell the rain as it approaches and falls on plowed ground.
