We are back! Our next release is from none other than LA Badman Ahkur! After releasing the tune "Be Water" on our Hieroglyphics Vol. 1, he has returned in 2021 with his Concrete Jungle EP. The third compilation from Judder Records brings together 16 tracks from bass-oriented music producers worldwide - both emerging and established artists, plus live performers creating exclusively with hardware. This diverse collection showcases a wide spectrum of electronic bass music with tempos ranging from 120 to 170 BPM, continuing Judder's mission to blend different approaches to sound and push genre boundaries.

Jah-Tek presents track 13 'Cannibal Vox' from Russian producer Skotcha, who puts together a swampy, swaggering sub slugger with jaunting vocal rituals and subtle looming rasps.

Now based in Melbourne, Simbie launched Gloam Music in 2024 - a platform for events and collaborations centred on sound system culture and forward thinking bass. She’s played clubs and festivals across Australia and shows in Japan, building a reputation for tightly curated selections that lean into darker textures and broken rhythms.

A Cup Of Tea With Soukah EP20

@infernal_sounds return with the second instalment of their Future Forms compilation series - a bold statement of intent from the label and a celebration of the evolving 140/dubstep landscape. Just like Volume 1, this project showcases a global network of producers, spanning Europe, the USA, Japan, New Zealand, and Russia. Future Forms Vol. 2 brings together fresh signees and returning label favourites including Dusty, Karnage, Kodama, Rakjay, BLOCKLAB, EKSTR, Thematic, Metafloor, and Ninety.

We have picked up two premieres from the release the first of which being "Anecho - No Time"

@anechoicchamber steps up with a heavyweight cut that wastes no time in delivering pure pressure. “No Time” is a stripped-back roller sharpened with precision, built for sound system impact and maximum dancefloor effect.

The tune opens with dubwise atmospherics and subtle percussive detail before locking into a hypnotic groove, carried by weighty low-end pressure and a razor-sharp sense of space. Each element is dialed in to perfection, showcasing Anecho’s ability to balance minimal structure with chest-rattling intensity.

Mastered by Hebbe, “No Time” holds the kind of clarity and punch that cuts through on any rig — a track engineered for those heads-down, eyes-closed moments that define the dance.

Keep an eye on Anecho — with tunes like this, it’s clear there’s much more to come.

As we move into our second EP release of the year we just liked to say a be thank you to everyone supporting the artists on the label during these stressful times due to the pandemic around the world. 

We’d like to reveal the sounds of L.A brothers Ahkur & Tetrad. The two brothers have come together and engineered a collaboration EP to destroy all live streams entitled ‘Moral Terror’ 

Both Dillon & Cheyne Bush are no newcomers to the scene, both landing releases of familiar labels such as Foundation Audio, Silent Motion, Gourmet Beats & ZamZam Sounds to name a few. Growing up together their influences bounced off one another, while gradually leaning towards their own signature styles of creativity. While Ahkur engaged in the Southern California underground rave scene, Tetrad grew up experimenting with punk, metalcore and ska bands, the brothers combined their influences together and took the first step into music production. 

When diving into the Moral Terror EP, it clearly shows which road each artist went down to path their own style. As Ahkur creates a combination of deep cinematic textures and experimental sound design, while Tetrad fabricates on heavy dubbed basslines intertwined with eery soundscapes.

The two brothers are fast becoming huge icons within the ever growing American dubstep scene.
