Tilted Connections guest mix this month is welcomed by ""Keep Me In The Light"" a Scottish DJ and producer who now lives in Bangkok. A graduate of Point Blank Music School, he has a serious love for the sounds of the 1980s and 1990s, especially Italo Disco. Think classic New York clubs like Paradise Garage, Studio 54, The Loft, and The Garage.

Scotland-born and now Bangkok-based Keep Me In The Light makes us a club friendly mix that includes un-released tracks.

"First off, thanks for allowing me to contribute to this mix series and put my spin on things. As an ally to the LGBTQ+ community, I love the scene, music, the energy and most importantly, the people. As for the mix, I like people living in the moment, getting all sweaty and letting loose to the music, so with that, I've tried to fit a long journey of music into 1.5 hours by taking the mix from slow, chuggy, sultry tunes to some hi-nrg Italo/Nu Disco that always goes down so well. I've featured some tracks from artists who are prevalent in the scene as an ode to them, as well as some tracks I will release on Cormac's Polari label. Hope you enjoy the journey listening to this mix.

His tracks have garnered massive support from a who's who of DJs, including BBC Radio, Erol Alkan, Curses, Hammer, Dam Swindle, and Maceo Plex. He has also built a dedicated following through his Italo Disco edits, which have been praised by the likes of Gerd Janson, Sarah Wild, and Alex from Tokyo and Cormac, with the tracks being played at the infamous Berghain's Panorama, Burning Man and Horse Meat Disco.
