Kyle Cross is based in Calgary Alberta and he has been bringing his beats around the Canadian party scene for quite some time now. A worldwide ghetto music scene well-known DJ and Producer, Kaptain Cadillac is now considered as one of the European ambassador of booty bass music. Digging his influences between Chicago and Detroit, he has built his own name through ghettotech and juke since 2007. Developing his musical spectrum throughout the years, his DJ sets travel from house to jersey club, techno to hip hop, never putting aside his first love, booty bass. 
He has been able to perform and show his powerful sets in many cities those past few years going from Chicago to Berlin passing by London and Barcelona, he shared turntables with Armand Van Helden, Diplo, Bart-B-more, DJ Rashad, Sinjin Hawke, Dj Craze, Congorock or Dj Funk, Dj Godfather and Laidback Luke. 
After three EP’s awarding European Booty Bass of its own distinction and remixing several electronic artists such as Birdy Nam Nam, Dj Funk, Monomaniax, Don Rimini but also international hip hop artists as Lil Scrappy, Yung Nation, Seth Gueko… Kaptain Cadillac is in 2014 with his new EP called “Wheels” with a Ghetto-House flavor. With this four tracks project between Ghetto-House, Techno and Hip-House he shows that, while taking care of Booty Call Records, the reference label in ghetto-music, he continues to develop his own style distilling a raw and uncompromised sound always keeping in mind the very essence of ghetto music, make the club sweat.

Enjoy this live recording of the Plump DJs (Grand Hotel Recordings) from the Space Cowboys' 13th annual Breakfast of Champions in San Francisco on New Year's Day. The Plumps were a surprise, unannounced addition to the line-up this year and to the delight of an unsuspecting crowd, they lit up the Funktion One stage as the sun was setting on yet another epic B.O.C. Plumps DJs are internationally renown UK DJ/Producer duo Andy Gardner and Lee Rous, whose passion for innovation and non-conformist attitude to electronic music has fuelled their fire for over a decade. Their unmistakeable signature sound has earned them recent remix commissions from the likes of Deadmau5, Mark Ronson, Moby and Orbital while their four deck live show has lead to countless international tours and shows at London's lead music venues XOYO, Fabric and the Nest.
