Back in 1993 Wolfgang Kaiser a.k.a. Monococ started his career as a producer. He bought himself a Korg 01 / W and after a short time he discovered the world of electronic music and started to get deeper and deeper in to the music.

His first releases were more Trance Music in the early nineties (1996). At the time he named himself “Emperor”. After many more releases he found out that Techno music is his real passion and in 2012 he started producing Techno, Minimal and Tech House music under his new name “Monococ”

As a deejay he's career includes events in many clubs including appearances at the legendary Disco Airport in Frankfurt the "Dorian Grey". He also played together with legends like Paul van Dyk. The latest step was the partnership with Ben Champell, Patrick Hero and other artists since july 2014. Since then he had releases on labels like PP Music or Undercool Productions.

At 2015 he released a lot of good Tracks on Phunk Traxx, they found access into the playlists of Richie Hawtin and UMEK.

In March of 2016 makes he the next step in his career with his "Elements" EP released on Moonplay Records with a Remix from JSPR an Artist by Minus Records.

Fast forward to 2021, Monococ was involved in more than 10 EPs in the whole year, working with labels such as VapourTrail Records, Alula Tunes, KRSL, Subios Records, Shadow Wulf, POINTZER0 Rec, DENSE AUDIO, Ballroom Black, and many more, as well as collaborating with his partners in crime Kreisel and Lewis.

Today Monococ treats us all to another dose of otherworldly Techno, full of sophistication and emotion. Enjoy!

Prior to our first label night this friday @ Culture Box in Copenhagen DK, the two danish label artists; Bendtsen and Alan Murphy bring you the next Kellercast 006.

Alan Murphy has been Dj’ing for many years and been doing so in and out of Denmark. 
Bendtsen started his musical journey through the production of music, and has been doing it solo for some years now. Through his music production, his dj career quickly took off as well, and has been doing this for some years now as well, in and out of Denmark. 
Besides having his own solo project when producing techno, he also produces with Alan Murphy, they have just recently released their first single together called: “Dimension”.

Whether they combine forces in a studio, or in a dj booth… something magical happens !!!
They have played countless gigs in Denmark and has been seen behind the decks as well in countries like Sweden and Germany, playing different venues and festivals there. 
Both of them are deeply inspired by the german techno scene and are both well wandered in the Berlin underground were they have been coming for years.

They both have upcoming releases on the way out on Kellerhobel, a label they also manage and own. 
Bendtsen also has a coming release on the way out on the german label: @tonboutique-records.

The guys jumped behind the decks and did this one hour b2b set for the next Kellercast, enjoy.

Expect high energy tech house and techno in this mix, including tracks or remixes by artist such as: Touchtalk, Joseph Disco, Jay Lumen, Olivier Giacomotto, Dirrty Dishes and and many more.
