It was such a pleasure and honour to play right after Secret Cinema for this party. No better feeling that to play surrounded by your close friends and the devoted technophiles of the country. Big up to the organisers and local DJs who really took us all on a superb musical journey as well as HUGE thanks to Secret Cinema for an outstanding set.

This is the 1 st part of the DJ set I played for the party with one difference is that I added the opening track which somehow messed up when I started playing that night. the 2nd part was improvised as I had run out of tunes to play (no comments! :P) so most of the music was from M.E.Z.Z.L.E who was advising me on which tracks to play :)

Ken Zo - Born in Mauritius

One of the leading DJs & Producers in Mauritius and pioneering local underground electronic music culture. With nearly 15 years of DJing under his belt, He has been involved in most of the bigger events in Mauritius, and was also co-organiser for events that hosted big names like Grouch, Breger, Evil Oil Man, Merkaba. He was also part of the organisation of E K T A Festival 2015, one of the first 3 day electronic music event hosted in Mauritius.

Usually known for his compositions with a defining take on Psytech, his DJ sets on the other hand exude versatility and he covers many genres from deep house to full on psychedelic trance with all genres in between.

In 2017, he was awarded the Backstage Award for Best DJ. 

He grew up surrounded by music. His mother was his first music teacher going over the basics of piano and singing. His parents enrolled him for violin classes at the age of 7 at the Conservatoire de Musique Francois Mitterrand where he also learnt music theory in french. At the age of 13 he moved on to the Conservatoire de Musique Frederic Chopin where he was trained in piano and music theory in English,

Simultaneously during his teen years, Fabrice experimented with many genres - pop, rock, rnb - and played in many amateur bands and orchestras playing guitar, violin and keys.

He started DJing and producing in 2007 under the alias Mr.Snob playing commercial and progressive house as well as an occasional techno set here and there. The beginning was mostly birthday parties and school fairs with very rare club gigs. His career started picking up around 2011 just when he flew off to Melbourne Australia for his studies. He performed throughout Australia under his knew alias Ken Zo, finding his place within the niche psychedelic community playing fusion sets of techno and psy.

Mounish's journey in the world of music is a fascinating exploration of passion and serendipity. His initial foray into guitar at a young age set the foundation for his love of music. Despite having to drop out of a music institution due to time constraints, his ardor for music persisted, leading him to explore various genres.

The turning point in Mounish's musical journey came with his serendipitous discovery of Electronic music. The eloquence in the grooves of Electronic music struck a chord with him, igniting a passion that would shape his future endeavors. This newfound love for Electronic music inspired him to become a DJ, sharing the stage with local heroes and cultivating a unique musical style.

Techno, Organic Psytrance, and Bush Progressive became the hallmarks of Mounish's evolving music style. Influenced by a diverse array of artists, including Gruener Starr, Johnny Aemkel, Calm Chor, Maksim Dark, Ken Zo, AlkalOid, Grouch, Mezzle, VOX, Patrick Arbez, Samewise, Gaga & Mateo, Vasco Ug, Patrick Hochweiss, Planctophob, Luis M, John haden, Brainlove, Merkaba, Eartheogen, Pspiralife, Klipsun, Freedom Fighters, Interpulse, Shadow FX, Smilk, Sumiruna, Tekdiffeye, Smoke Sign, Gaia Groove and many more. Mounish's musical palette reflects a rich tapestry of sounds.

PRODUCER & AUDIO ENGNEER
Since 2010 BeatKreator ST produced several styles of electronic music but preferred Hard Techno, Progressive Techno and Techno-Trance. She is a transgender woman and her sounds has distinctive, depth-driven, dirty and dark basslines that are clearly unique to her style. Over years she studied a big number of electronic instruments by herself. At last she decided to study at Deutsche Pop Akademie Music Production, and she became an Artistic Producer, Mastering Engineer and Audio Engineer.  Meanwhile she released several Albums and EP´s of Progressive Techno & Trance Music. The last EP was released in August 2017, it was called PLAY KULT BEAT. over the years she developed her own musical style. And she further continues to evolve new sounds.

DJ
BeatKreator ST is DJing since 1995. In this time there was only one mode to play: Vinyl and Technics 1210. she played and organized a lot of underground techno events with other local DJs. Today she plays with a Traktor System that she uses to play Hard, Dark, Deep and Dirty Techno. She loves to mix all the different Techno genres in one mix, to let the borderlines between the genres disappear, to create a new form of a progressive mixes. She never made set lists and is always playing spontaneously. On stage, she emits a lot of energy so that she turns the dance floor into a dance fire.

PLAY RADIO
In the past BeatKreator ST´s music was played in a lot of Radio Shows. And she´s still having a weekly Radio Show since 1,5 years every Wednesday at Beats2Dance Radio. The mixes were played at the following Radio Stations: Cubase FM, In Progress Radio, Beats2Dance Radio, Nightflight Radio UK, WAM FM, Fnoob Techno Radio (Audio Beat Podcast), Underground Project (Art Style Techno Radio)

PLAY LIVE 	 	 
Of course she plays live too. 10 Hard, Dark, Deep Dirty Techno events and 8 with the name KULT BEAT in Munich GER were organized by her in the past 2 years. The philosophy of Kult Beat is „PLAY YOUR OWN SOUND“ there are only two rules: no HOUSE genres and nothing under 132 bpm. Play what you are. BeatKreator ST is one of the Resident DJs of this event and there were great local, national and international artists booked. Moreover she played live at Heimatlos Dark Edition @ Bullit Club Munich and Play! Festival Sneek NL.
