RAIN: With roots in vinyl DJing since the late 90s, growing up performing live under the alias Mental
Distortion and playing as an electronic part of ethno-electronic band Kamennoe More, Rain formed a
signature style of mixing which are characterized by frequent changes, rhythmic variety and a fusion
of musical genres that epitomizes the breadth of techno. From classic 4x4, hard and offbeat
subgenres of techno to industrial, IDM and heavy electronics, all is woven together in his sets in a
narrative that is as intricate as it is captivating. Beyond the artistic realm, Rain&#39;s works exhibit
technical prowess. Using only two sound sources, he mixes 50 and even 60 tracks per hour, skillfully
embellishing them with FXs. Some of his sets also incorporate tempo experimentation, fluctuating
between 80 and 180 BPM. Fasten your seat belts. This is «Мodern apocalyptic techno not for the faint
of heart».

Angel Attack is a London & Boston-based producer, DJ, founder of the label House of Reptile & resident at INFRA Boston. Angel Attack is known for his bewitching sound and dark aesthetic, bleeding into techno, electro, psy-techno & more, masterfully layered in 3 and 4 decks sets. 

Following an incredible 2023 sharing the decks with the likes of Phase Fatale, Pablo Bozzi, Quelza & more, Angel Attack has a busy 2024 ahead, with a new solo release and and 2 collaboration EPs to be announced.

“SPLIT 2” emerges as the latest drop from VūMantra Records, a collaboration between Vū
and Nightmare, well known for their dark and abyssal deep productions. Within its confines,
a sonic landscape unfolds, blending gritty industrial beats with ritualistic undertones. Across
four tracks raw visceral energy pulsates, each piece imbued with its own distinct vibe. The
first track “Portale” by Nigh/T\mare sets the mood with an orchestra of merciless percussion
and faint melodies. It is followed by Vū’s “Cruda” which accelerates the tempo, playing
frenetic Arabic percussions on odd rhythms surmounted by his eerie voice echoing in the
distance. To complete the EP the 2 artists remix each other’s tracks adding darkness to
already pitch-black canvases. From haunting melodies to bone-rattling basslines, a
mind-altering journey through the depths of the underground tribal beats awaits.

Ryuji Takeuchi (Local Sound Network / LSN, HueHelix) was born in Osaka, and then first contacted with Electronic Music in the early 90s.In the late 90s, he moved to the United States, where he discovered Techno, House and Electro Music.As soon as he got back, he started to DJ at several locations and eventually learned to produce at the same time. After that, he released on such labels as: LK Rec, Arms, Mastertraxx, FK Rec, SWR, Innervate, I.CNTRL, Impact Mechanics, Silent Steps, GSR, Brood Audio, to name but a few.
In 2011, Ryuji started his own imprint called 'Local Sound Network / LSN' as a platform for new generation of electronic sound which following words can appropriately describe: driving,hypnotic, atmospheric, emotional, groovy, funky... and any other aspects that rock from brain to the dance floor under the following statement:
From local to global...It exists in order to inspire the world...
Also, Ryuji kicked off another brand new label called 'HueHelix / HHX' as a new platform, which discloses something new,only represented by HueHelix, together with Go Hiyama, Tomohiko Sagae and Kazuya Kawakami, in order to push quality music with global standard from where sun rises.In 2012, Ryuji launched 'Local Sound Network Digital Solutions / LSNDS' series in need of discovering and introducing wider range of electronic music, aiming at dropping unique audio output while it’s hot. Umwelt Presents Ravoluson / Episode 27

Vince Gagliardi, better known by his stage name Vū, is a music producer of ethnic electronic music and experimental dark techno from Berlin. His style has been compared to artists like Muslimgauze, Tzusing and Demdike Stare. 

He is also the founder of the label “Vūmantra Records”, co-founder of the label “Modern Bön” and creator of the audiovisual project “The Nent” (Cyclic Law), well-known for its impactful A∖V live performances. Vū ́s performances focus on an immersive experience creating endarkening rhythms for dystopic sub-cultures. His voice fuses with drum machines and is accompanied by live percussion, which pulls the audience into the present moment and creates a shamanic vibe. 

Some of Vū’s tracks have been released on Pact Infernal’s label "Altar", Borders of Known (GE), Dark Alchemy (UK), Voidance (DE), Elektro Tribe (DE), Furanum Records (DE), Area Z (FR) and more. 

In the past few years, Vū has performed live at clubs and festivals such as OHM Berlin, KitKatClub, About Blank, Mensch Meier ( with the Queer techno label SUBVERTED ), and Lunchmeat Festival 2020 ( see link below) , where he was the opening act for SOPHIE’s last ever performance.
