This is a piece of music classified as "GNDN". Goes Nowhere. Does Nothing. It sort of sits there and just repeats mild variants. There isn't even an ending.  Yet, this was all on purpose. This piece was designed for keeping energy in news reports or review segments where there is a lot of talking. There is no end so it is easy to loop to any length.
