Aiha Higurashi
is a singer, guitarist, songwriter and producer.
Higurashi formed Seagull Screaming Kiss Her Kiss Her (SSKHKH) in 1992. 
The band toured in Japan and other countries and later disbanded in 2002.
After SSKHKH, Higurashi started a solo project, 
wrote songs and produced for films and other artists, 
notably for YUKI (JUDY AND MARY), 
and then went on to start two other bands, LOVES and THE GIRL.
On January 1st, 2014, Higurashi resurrected SSKHKH 
with a brand new lineup of members. In 2015, 
The band released an album, “ETERNAL ADOLESCENCE.”
Higurashi is scheduled to release her solo album,
 "YOUTH" on November 8th, 2017.
It has been eight years since the release of her last solo album.

ギターヴォーカル、作詞作曲、プロデュース。
1992年に初期Seagull Screaming Kiss Her Kiss Herを始動。(2002年に休止)その後もYUKI(JUDY AND MARY)のソロデビューの楽曲提供とプロデュースを手がけるなど数々のアーティストへの楽曲提供や映画への書き下ろしなども手がけている。
LOVES.,THE GIRLなど自身のバンドやソロプロジェクトでの活動を経て
2014年1月１日に中尾憲太郎の声かけにより新生Seagull Screaming Kiss Her Kiss Herを全く新しいメンバーにて始動。2015年には最新メンバーでの作品ETERNAL ADOLESCENCEもリリース。
ライブ活動を精力的に行っている。
2017.11/8には
約8年ぶりとなるソロアルバム'YOUTH'をリリース。
2020年4/15には２年半ぶりのソロアルバム [A]をASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION Gotchのレーベルonly in dreamsからリリース。
このアルバムはGotchとskillkills guruconnect と愛葉の共同プロデュースが実現した非常にカラフルな作品となっている。

Everything posted here are music experiments.

My solo material are soundscapes and sample-rich productions created through Ableton. This is all a learning process and most of the works posted are crafted in hours and not days. Iterations without refinement; sound drafts that I may return to later in life when I understand my own self and my work better.

The songs labeled as jams include the work that I have done with some local friends together.

All the solo music and audio that I have provided here is free to use with attribution (Creative Commons Attribution). Which means use it in your game, video, or project and simply include my name and a link back to the material. The link back is important, because it lets other people find and use the music that I have provided.
