"Beyond the Battles"

This one is another political song about living through war... of course it is inspired by current events. 

I wanted to write a song about life beyond the battles... going back to the revolutionary war... and I thought “mankind still can’t take a seat at a table to come up with a solution to their problem.”

It seems we have gotten stuck in that cycle of war & peace and I wanted to write a song about there being more to life than that.

I created a Hip Hop beat for the musical arrangement…

i'm into musicians - far beyond singers without instruments - people that LIKE to play/record REAL instruments - played by various lips & limbs with intention - practice - improvisation on themes, ideas.
So here in wealth's commerce of sales it's an invisible compelling option - making music - not for a dime - factoring in the time, effort, costs - instruments, electricity, computers, microphones, audio inspirations -

Just another musician in USA trying to survive. Very concern for the direction of my country and world.  Always thankful to such a chorus of artists that i just want to add my own. Thanks for all that amazing LIVE music STILL out there. 

Thanks to defenders of Human Rights, Social Rights, Secularism, Animal Rights, equality, arts of hope & talent & the hopeless untalented one's too, civility, peacemakers, humanitarians, explorers, listeners. most of all those poor art makers, like Chopin, unknown, obscure, meaningless, trying to drowned out all the violence, commercialism, weeping, anguish, poverty with anything beautiful they can create by hand or voice - but also into modern synth & creating my own home made loops, seeing art in different ways in a modern world, not copied or used but intentionally made to be different, unique, one of a kind.
