This piece explores mental health through a poetic and lucid narrative. It evokes the constant tension between the desire for control and life’s unpredictability. Every beat, every texture seems to embody this struggle: moving forward despite the weight of existence, maintaining balance on a tightrope stretched above the void.
The pursuit of perfection, ever-present, distances us from simple pleasures. We chase mirages, forgetting the beauty of the present. In this relentless motion, we sometimes lose ourselves in the expectations of others, dissolving our identity. The stars that once lit our passions gradually fade, smothered by the demands of daily life.
This text is a reflection on the fragility of dreams, the passage of time, and the need to let go. It reminds us that behind industrial rhythms and digital glitches lies a universal truth: living is arduous, but light persists in the moments we choose to inhabit fully.

Leaving Behind a Silent Darkness (Featuring Heri B) )

Re-embracing hope in present and past science fiction.

 A heavy dub of Nachtmusik. Admittedly the name 'New Nubia Space Station' is a bit too conceptually obvious and pretentious, but it kind of stuck. Working title was 'ambient step dub', next idea was 'Octavia Butler', name of the sci-fi novel author Octavia Butler, which in turn almost noone would understand who or what it refers to. (she is often named as the inventor of afrofuturism). 

The new name is inspired by two contemperary novels by Omar Epps & Clarence A. Haynes. 'Nubia - The Reckoning' and the follow up 'Nubia - The Awakening'. Definitely more down to earth than the 'Black Panther' franchise. Dystopic, yet entertaining and hopeful.

Eterno_Jungle_Break carries that early jungle energy I love, raw and alive.
Nuvens [170] closes it off, built from recordings of the ocean near my city, drifting like clouds.
