Peruvian artist Marco Tegui has made a name for himself with hypnotic sounds, melodic journeys around the world and dark but bouncy harmonies. Starting in 2014 he established his residency in Berlin, playing in the best clubs of the city and releasing tracks on iconic labels like Bar25 Music, Dantze and Kindisch. We are happy to welcome him for another beautifully crafted EP called Pachquiza, that showcases his unique organic downtempo sound.

With a sense of grief and a darker approach, "Brother" finishes the debut of State of Low with a melancholic affair, that emphasizes the emotional impact through the interesting use of acid-like synths and heavy hitting percussive elements, that hover around crucial vocal loops.

Belgian project State of Low debuts on the label with a heartfelt 3 tracker original EP, which screams old school grooves and emotions from the beginning to the very end. All pieces are heavily filled with melancholic feels, while also balanced out by housey baseline patterns and crisp percussion textures as well as spot on vocal samples, that will fill your lo-fi heart with ease. Each sound sits very tightly in the story and the complete package is emitting ambiences and nostalgic vibes for the listener to get lost into.
