Warm vibrations, musical heater ♨️ A good remedy for bad weather

The fact that @kimkenis started DJing is perhaps only a logical consequence. Since her childhood music has always been her escape. She loves all genres. But since she discovered the clubs in 1999, her love for electronic music has only intensified. Being in the scene for over 15 years and after years of research and collecting, she has an extensive collection of music in all styles. With her predisposition to always want to share everything, it's strange she didn't think about starting spinning much sooner. Kim likes to do long, mostly horizontal sets. Here she proposes an hour voyage between dancing and spacing out. With her broad taste she will go from organic and groovy to sterile and minimalistic, one thing is for sure, it will be deep!

Bristol-based live act, producer, foremost artist Gilbert delivers the latest installment of the art:cast series: an one hour and eleven minute lasting journey through his own productions. After having released on labels such as Echocentric Records, his co-run label Innate, which he operates alongside Owain K, 030303 or Distorted Sensory Perception Tom, Gilbert’s surname, the artist teases us with some upcoming and unreleased material in his art;cast, which smoothly fits into his previous releases and enhances the artist’s musical diversity. Speaking of the latter, Gilbert’s art:cast takes the listener on a ride - not only through his own music but foremost through electronic music (sub)genres. Deep almost trancey chords here and there are enriched with some more Acid-bleeps there, Housey basslines make way for more techy ones, pad sequences turn into dreamy soundscapes and club-oriented vibes alternate with those that keep you calm and grounded. Gilbert’s art:cast has many facets to offer but remains true to one vibe, a homogenous construct with all the deepness music has to offer and also the knowledge to put a piece like this together, which wave-like guides one through the different stages of the euphoria, music can trigger.

Gerard Llopart aka formica (@spookaiser) is known for many of his facets, but above all, for being a clubbing connoisseur. Few venues and festivals in Europe haven't seen him dancing on their dancefloors, talking to artists or generally livening up the crowd, which is undoubtedly one of his best virtues. On top of his passion for clubbing, if you add his sharp digging skills and his insatiable appetite for musical gems, you then get a DJ who knows the what, the when and the how. Proof of this are his Draft collective (@draftbcn) parties, which arrived on the Barcelona scene like a breath of fresh air.
