PREMIERE: Eafhm Feat Lila - Language Without Alphabet [PCL005]

A new compilation of exclusive tracks is coming! ACCENTVA006 is this year’s second instalment in the Various Artists series. Following last march’ ACCENTVA005, it forms an inventory of all different axes we aim to develop: ambient, experimental and techno – seeking outside the limits of the overly codified field of deep techno and rather promote hybrid music. 
In this way, this opus proudly features tracks from Abu Ama, Bear Bones Lay Low, Anushka Chkheidze, Faintface, Inerit and other free-minded producers… 

Another goal of these compilations is to highlight confidential talents who have not reached the audience they deserve yet, like Teriak, Saïph or The Solid System. 

This series also makes it possible to continuously support the artists who always helped define our imprint, (Hydrangea, Zesknel, PRG / M) Their aesthetics lies at the core of the project and we are glad to follow them through their musical path. 

Finally, we sometimes get spoiled with the participation of a well-known figure of the scene. This time, we are lucky to welcome Construct Re-Form labelhead Zadig (aka Kern Space Adventure), worldly acclaimed DJ and skilled producer whose music was released on legendary labels like Tresor and Deeply Rooted.

2 - Bear Bones Lay Low – heavily flanging, genre escaping, introspective experiment based on outernational folk material 

3 - Inerit – spiritual, dreamy dub ballad, invitation to a mystic walk around a misty lake 

4 - lunar convoy – classy, meticulous trip hop progression, over an acid leaning bass motif 

5 - Hydrangea – methodical profusion of soothing loops, rolling grooves and floating pads 

6 - Zadig – sharp, ascending, generously ecstatic celebration from a timeless heavyweight producer 

7 - Saïph – crisp, nervous, techstepper with crushed arachnoid rhythms and shimmering tones 

8 - Abu Ama – raw, repetitive, mechanical blend of analog signals and distorted transmissions 

9 - Kletis – slow paced, evolving, jungle infused, sonic warfare on a windy battlefield 

10 - Teriak – swinging, hypnotic journey through melodic chains sweeping over a vicious compact bassline 

11 – Zesknel – massive, elegant grimey banger with tempo shifts and shivering synths 

12 - Charlotte Isabelle – tense, obstinate, galvanizing instrumental crescendo workout 

13 - PRG/M – effective, slightly aquatic deep techno weapon with melodic coils and soul tickling bleeps 

14 - CØRE – incisive, relentless, granular dark techno

About the release:

New ep at No Way home for the Italian duo Bichord, a work of pure rarefied and meditative ambient. Three tracks ranging from the suspended drone music of 'Dimensione' and 'Costante', to the more spacey atmospheres of 'Lineare'. The original tracks are also entrusted to three artists who offer a personal reinterpretation, such as Hironori Takahashi who re-elaborates Dimensione in a techno key, Infinity that embellishes Lineare with a hypnotic and syncopated sequence, Ryogo Yamamori with his Brian Eno's school reinterpretation of Costantel. A cerebral and refined ep that lends itself to various listening levels.

Halo (Extended Mix)

Masafumi Take and Kannabi’s newly launched Katharsis Recordings readies its second release featuring leftfield techno tracks from themselves, O-Ma and Ryogo Yamamori.
Starting life as a party at Contact in Tokyo, in 2017 Katharsis evolved into a label with early support from the likes of the influential DJ Nobu. Now it is back with a superb second EP that features four talented Japanese artists and once again oozes class with each producer offering distinct musical identities that represent the best of modern techno from the Far East.
Label head Masafumi Take has run his own nights for years and gained international recognition for his DJ sets. His brilliant ‘Mikuni Kaido’ combines nostalgic arps and analogue bass - it’s supple and delicate in its melodies, resulting in a truly unique atmosphere. Having appeared on French label Otium, modular synth enthusiast O-Ma’s sound mixes up jungle, IDM and ambient. His excellent ‘Kirisame’ is seven psychedelic minutes of spacious and all-consuming techno with ethereal pads and gurgling machines drifting above floaty drums to beautiful effect.
Katharsis Recordings co-founder Kannabi steps up with ‘Shoka’. It’s an icy deep techno cut with muted but punchy drums and the hum and static of electricity adds texture to the groove. Rhythmic and slow to evolve, it is a real mental trip. Finally, ‘Yoake’ by Ovum producer Ryogo Yamamori, who has been respected in Japan since the 90s thanks to his own 951beat label, delivers a rolling beat with spacey- synth sounds that gradually builds to a climax making this trippy track perfect for the dance floor.

I want to take you on a journey deep into the blue. We travel in an old-fashioned craft, surrounded by dark waters of myths and fairy tales. The higher the pressure gets around us  the more open our souls become. Mermaid hymns leads the way as we undergo a metamorphosis, beyond the barriers in what we take for granted, a lighter life beyond this life appear.

Eyvind Blix is a musical phenomenon, blessed with the rare ability to utilize the entire sonic spectrum in his musical explorations, fusing hypnotic sonic texture with elements of monotonic darkness; he creates illusions, distorts perceptions, shakes realities. He invokes feelings of contradiction, first luring the listener into a place of dreamlike bliss, then forcing them into a surreal darkness where all notions of space and time are lost. These two contradictory strands of his weave together to form a dramatic, transcendent whole.

Eyvind Blix 는 최면적인 음향의 질감을 단조롭고 어두운 요소들과 혼합시키며, 전체적인 음악적 스펙트럼을 활용할 수 있는 특별한 능력을 지닌, 하나의 음악적 현상이다.
