Well, here is the real story! Too many stories had been told, here are the facts: 
Vienna, Winter 1990 Erdem Tunakan first met Patrick Pulsinger when Dr. C. Peyfuss, Principal of the Ehtnic Music & Lifestyle Center Vienna, came over to Erdems place to introduce him to his new flatmate: Patrick Pulsinger. The next day Patrick moved all his high quality - trash equipment into Erdems studio, joined by Constantin, his "Worldradio"- self-recorded Diary Tape Collection and a bulk of tapedecks. Two nights later their first album, b.Low " 3.11 - Eyewitnessnews on Subfusion FM " was recorded. The 90´s had just begun. ... and we have more to tell! next time.... .... the "magical" SIL and the MPC Wizard Elin aka Autorepeat. 

Klaus Benedek grew up in a small town near Vienna. His interest in electronic music began during the 90s techno hype. He spent hours watching video clips on MTV and viva and thus gaining knowledge about electronic music. In 2004, he began teaching himself to produce. Gathering his inspiration wherever he could, he began collecting 12" vinyl records the same year and 2 years later got his first dj-gigs. From 2008 till 2010 he was one of the resident DJs at the MNML Thursdays in the Camera Club. In 2012 he started with Alex Kolodziej the event-series Tellerbetrieb. Currently he finds most of his inspiration in Chicago House, Deep House, Disco and Breakbeat. After releases on labels like Petrol Dollar, Subversaal, rekooda, Soul Shift Music, Clean and Dirty Recordings and tanzbar, Klaus launched his own label forTunea in 2014.

Erklärung des Namens Tellerbetrieb:

1) Da wir ja damals ein Kino beschallten lag es auf der Hand das wir auch was Filmtechnisches zitieren mussten. Für die pausenlose Vorführung von Kinofilmen mit einem Projektor gibt es neben dem Spulenturm seit Ende der 1960er Jahre auch die sogenannten Telleranlagen, bei denen der Film horizontal auf großen Tellerebenen liegt. Zur Vorführung wird der Anfang des Films aus der Mitte des Wickels herausgeführt und auf einer anderen Ebene wieder aufgewickelt. Daher spricht man auch vom "Tellerbetrieb".

2) Wir spielen hauptsächlich mit Plattenspielern und die haben logischerweise Plattenteller.
