Arts & Entertainment Spotlight Host Margaret Bikman talks with Nancy Wyen (WEE-en) and Jerry Steinhilber (STINE-Hill-Ber) about the Whatcom Grooves concert series. The three-concert event will take place on July 15, August 5 and August 19 in three different locations around the county. The series is being put on by the Friends of South Whatcom Library, Friends of the Ferndale Library, and Friends of the Blaine Library
