Arts & Entertainment Spotlight Host Margaret Bikman talks with Nancy Wyen (WEE-en) and Jerry Steinhilber (STINE-Hill-Ber) about the Whatcom Grooves concert series. The three-concert event will take place on July 15, August 5 and August 19 in three different locations around the county.
